How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your hardware and flaps?
Yes, we stand by our quality. REK GEN offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation or off-road accidents.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns on unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Is professional installation required for REK GEN products?
While many of our customers enjoy a DIY installation using our included hardware and instructions, we recommend professional installation if you are not comfortable working with basic hand tools or vehicle wheel wells.
